These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conditionss provided by KB Global Refinery("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Conditionss, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Conditionss Provided
We offer precious metal refining, storage, transport, and related Conditionss for individuals, businesses, and institutions. All Conditionss are subject to verification, compliance checks, and availability.
2. User Obligations
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Conditionss.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information during onboarding and Conditions requests.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or documents shared with you.
3. Payments & Fees
All payments must be made in full in accordance with agreed-upon pricing and timelines. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension & Conditionss.
4. Compliance
We operate in full compliance with international regulations governing precious metal trade, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements. We reserve the right to decline or terminate Conditionss for non-compliant entities.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Conditions delays, interruptions, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and intellectual property on this site are owned by KB Global Refinery. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Conditionss if you violate these Terms or fail to meet compliance requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Kampala.
