Reception Service Overview

Upon receiving a shipment at Global Gold Refinery Company Limited, we conduct a thorough inspection of the parcels, boxes, and containers for any external damage, verify the number of items, assess the weight, and check the type of metal received. We also screen for any non-conformities, such as radioactivity. All incoming metal deliveries are immediately examined using advanced equipment to determine the quality and suitability of the product. A sample is then taken for further preliminary analysis.

The material is subsequently weighed, homogenized, and sampled in the presence of the Client or their Representative, should the Client choose to be represented. Obtaining a representative sample is crucial for the Client and for all subsequent internal processes. We assure our Clients of the highest standards in homogenization techniques and sampling methods for all types of metals. Data from each delivery is meticulously recorded in our SAP system, ensuring safety, traceability, and full control of each batch within our ERP system.

Logistics Processing & Weighing

1. Precious metals are transported or shipped to Global Gold Refinery Company Limited in coordination with the Client.
2. Our Sales department will contact the Client’s Representative to agree on the date and time for the weighing, melting, and sampling operations, provided the Client opts to have a representative present.
3. Upon arrival at our premises, each shipment undergoes an immediate inspection of the boxes, containers, or parcels.
4. Each shipment is subjected to a radioactivity check. If the test is positive, the carrier will not be allowed to unload the material, and the shipment will be rejected.
5. If any damage to the boxes, containers, or parcels is detected, or if any seals are broken, we inform the Client and request approval to proceed with further processing.
6. The Logistics department will verify that the received parcels comply with the Advised Information, including: names, weights, counts, estimated fine metal contents, and more.
7. Once verified and approved, materials are transferred to the Balance Room for further inspection and operations, supervised by the Client if applicable.
